Very disappointed in a company that produces some guality clothing. Customer service is non exsistent. Unable to contact by phone and emails unreplied to. Awaiting refunds from the 9th/10th November on 3 items that arrived on those dates and were returned straight away. Only any good if you don't need to return items. Dreaful service!I

Further to my previous review I have now read Joules reply to other reviews asking the reviewer to call Customer services! Do they actually read the reviews? The whole point is you cannot get through on that number, you hold on for 20 or 30 minutes and then get cut off, I have just tried yet again. They still have my money and I don’t have the product or any response. Any suggestions?!

Delighted with my purchase which looks good and a good fit

Love joules everything is quality and I expect to pay a bit more for quality every little detail is thought of I have bought bedding, baby clothes, shoes, woman’s clothes & bags & everything has been quality Love it !

I am a size 8/10 high street and 5 ft tall. I sent for sizes 6, 8 and 10 as wasn't sure what size would fit. Unfortunately the 8 and 10 too big and although the size 6 fitted body-wise the sleeves were far too long so unfortunately had to return them all. A lovely raincoat and good quality as usual with Joules. Shame they don't do petite fittings.

Bought a pair of wellies less than a year ago and they have split. I've been emailing customers services for best part of a month and just get the standard reply ' we'll be in touch'. Customer service is non existent, they take your money and that's where it ends. Will never buy anything from them again and will actively discourage others from doing so too. Time BBC Watchdog got to hear about your alledgedly "so good, middle England yummy mummy company' you're a rogue trader if ever I came across one.

Made an order but no confirmation. No response to emails or chat, answer phone message says open Sundays but clearly not, weekday phone calls cut off after 20 minutes. Ordered again and hours later got confirmation email but later email to say order cancelled. No use blaming pandemic, get more staff back in work instead of trying to save money.Just been reading the standard replies sent to reviewers complaining that they couldn't get through on the phone - 'call our customer service team who will be happy to help'! Unbelievable. It goes from bad to worse.
